Even though I am, naturally, one of Vicki's major fans, and have hoped that she will film HZGG III, and let me dream my little swallow dream a little while longer, I know now that Vicki's choice to not film the serie is a very intelligent decision. Forget your love of Vicki for a moment, and look at things from her point of view for a moment, would you really want to be the Little Swallow for the rest of your career? Would fans love you only because you have onced acted as the Little Swallow, or because you have true talent? Besides, HZGG II, though many have considered it successful, if you view successful as making a lot of money, have been critised by many, critics as well as fans. Though the acting was good, the artists in the serie very popular, it is also well accepted that people watch the serie only because it has their idol in it, not because the actual storyline is fascinating, as it was in the first serie. 12/10/2000-Though it was the first time Annie Wu and Vicki have met each other at Cheung Leung Bai's event, the two girls became friends right away, chattering like sisters at event, without acknowloging others about them. Because Annie has already worked with Ruby Lin a couple of times previously in Big Winner and Kung See and Siao Bao as well as reading the news about her, Annie already 'knows' Vicki before even meeting her. Good friend Ruby kept mentioning the two to each other, therefore it created a sense of familary between them. With their similar age, and straight forward personality, it was not strange that the two liked each other on sight.
As Vicki was only a guest at the event, and couldn't race, she cheered Annie on, saying that she just knew Annie was going to come first, giving Annie a bit of a pressure. Later, as Annie's car went out of control, and got into the accident, she later said that she's sorry to disappoint Vicki.

12/10/2000-Right now, Zhao Wei is hurrily filming her new movie, Sao Lin Soccer Tean with infamous comic actor, Stephan Zhou. In this movie, Zhao Wei did an about-face, and her huge change can be seem in the movie. No longer is she using her 'face' as Vicki says, to act, but this time, her largely complimented eyes will not be of much use, as in the movie, she is going to be made to look very ugly. Her eyes will be made smaller, and her skin will be made to look shallowly and uneven, so ugly that Vicki herself was disgusted.
However, when asked whether she is unhappy because of her 'ugly' character, Vicki replyed cheerfully that as this movie is a comic movie, she has nothing against her image in it. She hopes that audience will finally see that she is not using her looks to act, and people will finally notice her acting skills rather than her physical appearance now that she's turned 'ugly.'
Since Vicki's so lucky as to act with megastars like Andy Lau, Alec Sue, Nicky Wu, and Stephan Zhou, rumors have continusally followed her since the beggining of her career, what does Vicki think of that?

Though Vicki is hurrily filming Sao Lin Soccer Team, Stephan has given Vicki a week off from the cast to go to Canada and the United States to be guest at Leon Lai's concert. Then after that, she will have to hurry back to Shang Hai to continue filming until the movie is done before she heads off with good friend Ruby Lin for to Singapore, Mayalsia and other countries where she has fans to attend shows.
As for when Vicki will visit Twaiwan again, Qiong Yao's serie, Qing Sen Sen Yu Men Men has been planned to be broadcasted next year in spring, therefore she hopes to have the entire cast of QSSYMM come to Twaiwan to promote the serie in either March or April of next year.

That day, she also cleared up the rumors about Stephan Zhou and her when asked by the reporter. She says, "It's impossible." There is no way that she would 'leave' her boyfriend for Stephan. They are only just good friends.

There are rumours between Stephen & Vicki. It started when they were seen holding hands and Stephen putting his hands around Vicki's waist. When he was interviewed, he denied that they were dating " It's not uncommon. We're now staying so close to each other, if we were really dating, it would be more than holding hands" He adds saying " reporters are hot on my heels for 24 hr a day. It must have took you 48 hrs or more to catch me & Vicki in "action".
He denies the rumours between him and Vicki. When asked if they both felt embarrassed when faced face to face, his answers was " What's there to be embarrassed, its not the first time rumours have surfaced." He says that these rumours surface are thanks to the media. He has somehow got used to be rumoured to be women. He appeals for a break from questioning. He says he was holding the hand of someone ( a female), and was asking why don't reporters start the rumours about him and the someone?
Asked if his girlfriend questioned him over the rumours, he shook his head and answer "No". Reporters than asked, is it you didn't communicate with her or is it that you don't have one? The reply came saying that he doesn't have a good answer to such a question.
Vicki is said to play an ugly girl in the show. Stephen said, not too bad really, she just have a large mole on her face that's all. If she feels uncomfortable with it, she can always get the stun-woman to do it.

Gong Dong flew a new "Xiao Yanzi"
On the night of the 28th, there was a contest to find new stars called "Tomorrow's Star".
